EHS Manager
Description
The Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) Manager will lead the development and implementation of safety and environmental programs for a molten aluminum recycling facility. This role is responsible for conducting risk assessments, managing compliance with OSHA and EPA regulations, overseeing environmental permits and waste programs, and leading incident investigations and corrective actions. The EHS Manager will provide safety training, maintain documentation, and serve as the primary contact for regulatory agencies. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field, 5+ years of EHS experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment, and strong leadership and communication skills. Plant Controller
The Plant Controller oversees all financial operations for the manufacturing facility, including budgeting, forecasting, cost accounting, and financial reporting. This role partners with plant leadership to analyze financial performance, manage budgets, and drive cost reduction and efficiency initiatives. The Plant Controller ensures compliance with corporate policies, internal controls, and accounting standards while supervising the plant’s accounting team. Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/CMA preferred) and have at least 5 years of manufacturing or plant accounting experience, including leadership responsibilities. Maintenance Supervisor
The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and coordinating daily maintenance activities to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient plant operations. This role leads a team of maintenance technicians, manages preventive and corrective maintenance, and performs hands-on troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems in aluminum processing equipment. The Maintenance Supervisor enforces safety standards, maintains accurate maintenance records through CMMS systems, and works closely with production teams to minimize downtime and improve equipment performance. Candidates should have at least 3 years of industrial maintenance experience, with prior supervisory or lead experience preferred. Strong technical, organizational, and communication skills—along with a commitment to safety and continuous improvement—are key to success in this role.
